The are two bevel gear on the output shaft and each one can be engaged or disengaged by the engaged equipment, the forward or reverse power is outputted from the flange to the rotary table rotate in forward or reverse direction. The engage equipment can be use by hand, safe and convenient operation. At the end of the output shaft is equipped with a set of brake device which is used for releasing the deformation of drilling pipe slowly after the clutch is off, in case the rotary vengeance, assured the safety of the human body and the installation.
