Керамические втулки

Назначение

Керамические втулки для буровых насосов рассчитаны на эксплуатацию в суровых геологических условиях, нефтяных пластах с большой глубиной залегания, а также применяются для освоения морских нефтегазовых месторождений.

Описание

Керамические втулки обеспечивает более продолжительный срок службы, снижение эксплуатационных расходов и уменьшение степени риска по сравнению с установками, имеющими втулки из феррохрома.

Втулки изготовляются из окиси алюминия, известной своей выской износостойкостью и долговечностью в любых условиях эксплуатации. Наружная оболочка втулок с отверстиями большого диаметра изготавливается из легированной стали, что повышает их предел текучести и усталостную прочность. Керамические втулки коррозионностойкие, имеют более гладкую поверхность, что значительно снижает трение и нагрев.

Особенности

По сравнению с металлической втулкой, керамическая втулка износостойкая и коррозионостойкая и обладает расширенным сроком службы.
