Design Features
The power
end:the housing is welded steel-plate construction.it is stress-relleved after
welding.the drive gears are involute type gears which have smooth operation,high
efficiency and long life.the crankshaft is a hollow one-piece steel casting.
the power end is splash-lubricated.
The fluid
end:the suction and the discharge flanges conform to ASA and API
specifications.
The piston rod
is connected with an intermediate rod by means of clamps to realize quick
assembly & disassembly.
The valve seat
bores have a bottom shoulders.the pistons and liners are lubricated and cooled
by an independently spraying pump to have a longer service life.

Application
3NB Series
Triplex mud pump is key equipment matched to drilling rig for petroleum well.
It is used for
transporting
drilling fluid to well bottom by high-pressure manifolds of circulating system
in order to
cool off the
drill bit, flush the well bottom, crush and take out the rock, and balance the
formation
pressure.
