We have a range of transmissions from 50hp – 1200 hp.
History -
As explained to you about our background we are in business for long with our products running across various applications and various geographies. We had in past technical license from Allison to manufacture and market their products in India. This license ended in 2014 after a long association of over 30 years. Now we have our own R&D and continue to make and develop newer products which are performing very well on Mining dumpers, wheel loaders, Oil rigs, Material handling equipment etc.
R&D capabilities -
As a testament to our R&D capabilities, AH8700 is a new addition to our product portfolio. This is a Powershift transmission developed completely inhouse by AVTEC at our R&D center. This is an extension of our existing Product portfolio and now serving well in the 100T capacity dump truck. Also suitable for stationary application of Oil field where the product can perform well and can cater to requirement of 1600hp input power.
Another major development has been the development of Electronics control “HATS” for the existing transmission in Hauling application like 5/6000 series. These are also developed completely in house and boosts our product range allowing us to offer completely automatic transmissions to our customers.

Hauling Applications:
1. AVTEC Brand MS 5/6000 series (550 - 710 HP) - Application in 60T/40T Rear dumper, Work over Rig.
2. AVTEC Brand CL(B)T 754 (445 HP) - Applications in Rear dumper , Cementing Units , Water Sprinkler.
3. AH8700 – Application in Rear dumper 100 T, Cementing Units, Work over rig, Mud Pump
Cycling Applications:
1. AVTEC Brand CRT5633 (430 HP) - Applications in Shunting Loco, Mobile Bridge Inspection Vehicle, utility Vehicle, Top Lift truck
