1.Purpose
Flanged gate valve is one of the most important components in the oilfield equipments, with
more wide applications especially in well control equipments
2.Structural features
Flanged gate valve mainly consists of valve body, bonnet, gate, valve seat and valve stem.
BFC flanged gate valve has the following features:
a.The valve body adopts the integral forged form without welding.
b.Non-rising stem type structure occupying small space.
c.Small torque with pressure. The valve switch is light to turn under working pressure.
d.Easy online maintenance. In maintenance, you can simply open the valve cover to repair and
replace the internal valve components, without the need for any special tools.
e.The valve switch display device (the patent of our company) can visually display the state of
the valve switch.
f.The sealing surface between the gate and the seat adopts the hard alloy material, with good
wear resistance and corrosion resistance, can reduce the friction resistance.

h.Product applicable standards: API Spec 6A “Wellhead and Christmas tree equipment specifications”.
